HB 1039, 46th R.S.
Relating to providing that the date for the execution of a person sentenced to death shall not be fixed so as to fall upon a Friday, and providing that in the event the date of the execution is fixed so as to fall upon a Friday, the execution of the sentence be postponed to the following day; providing if any execution be set on Sunday the same shall be postponed until the following Tuesday.
