SB 153, 46th R.S.
Relating to providing that in all civil cases submitted to juries on special issues in the District and County Courts of this state, no complaint or objection to the form or content of any special issue so submitted may be considered by the trial court, unless such complaint be accompanied by a proper special issue or definition to be submitted in lieu of the one or ones so objected to.
