Relating to amending a certain Act conferring upon the State Highway Department authority to issued permits for operation of vehicles on the public highways in the transportation of perishable fruits, vegetables, livestock or livestock feed stuffs in a weight or load limits now or hereafter allowed by law therefore to be transported over a State Highway.
