SB 284, 46th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to providing that the judges of the several district courts and criminal district courts, the judges of the county courts at law, and the county judge, in any county of this State having a population of not less than 290,000 nor more than 320,000 according to the last preceding Federal Census shall constitute a juvenile board for such county.
