Relating to finding that area of land lying South of a line on the North bank of Arroyo Colorado in Cameron County and included in the boundaries of Cameron County Water Control and Improvement District Number Nineteen, in Cameron County, cannot be irrigated by gravity flow and can only be irrigated by expensive pumping operations and that such lands should be excluded from the boundaries of the District.
