Eastham, Duncan Eastham and Luther Eastham, Jr. as executors of the will of Mrs. Delha Eastham, deceased, to institute and prosecute suit in the District Court of Walker County against the State of Texas and the Prison Commission relating to a contract for the cultivation with convict labor of the farm of Delha Eastham in Houston County.
