Relating to authorizing the governor of Texas to purchase the LaBahia Mission Property Near Goliad; to authorize the governor of Texas to accept from the owner the land in Goliad County upon which Colonel Fannin's men were massacred in the war for Independence of Texas; also to authorize the governor to accept land from the owner of what is know as Fannin's Battlefield Ground in Goliad County, and to make an appropriation to pay for an improve the ground herein.
