Relating to prohibiting the use of the House of Representatives and the Senate Chamber or any other room, chamber or office of the State Capitol building for the purpose of having or holding inaugural balls or other dancing functions, fixing penalties; providing for injunction suits to be brought in the name of the State by any citizen thereof to enforce the provisions of the Act; fixing venue for said suits; fixing penalties.
