SB 241, 34th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute providing that the refusal of the officers of election at any voting precinct to permit supervisors or in any wise hinder or obstruct them in their duties as such shall vitiate the election held in such precinct; providing a penalty for such refusal, hindrance or obstruction of the performance of their duties by such supervisors.
