Relating to authorizing the appointment of a joint committee to investigate fully the subject of taxation, including the advisability of segregating the subjects of taxation so that the state tax be collected from certain classes of property and the county tax from other classes, the levy of an income tax, and the means of reducing the cost of collecting public revenue.
