SB 367, 35th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the City Council or Board of Aldermen or any other governing body of any city or town to appropriate at the end of the fiscal year so much of the net revenues of any waterworks system or other public utility system as such body shall deem to the best interest of said city or town to the payment of the sinking fund; providing for the levy of a tax for raising such sinking fund.
