HB 17, 36th R.S.
Relating to establishing and requiring the teaching of scientific agriculture, horticulture, forestry, stock raising, mechanics and home economics in the public schools of the State of Texas, and to establish, equip, maintain and operate at each public schoolhouse a public farm, together with a domestic science plant and teacher's home thereon, and to correlate the State Agricultural and Mechanical College and the State University with the public schools by requiring said institutions to make special provisions to secure the attendance and education at their schools of teachers to teach in the public schools in the State.
