HB 16, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing for organizing political or campaign committees, authorizing same to receive and disburse funds in political campaigns, and requiring reports thereof to be made; providing that all candidates for nominations to office in primary elections shall have their campaign expenses limited; providing for certificate from candidates evidencing their acceptance of the organization and services of their campaign committee; defining violations of this Act, and prescribing penalties therefor.
