HB 53, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing a period of duration of ten years, after which suits for taxes, due to the State of Texas, or any county, city, municipality, school district, road, improvement or irrigation district of said State or any other subdivision of this State or any county thereof authorized by law to levy and to collect taxes, shall not be brought.
