Relating to establishing and maintaining a State School of Correspondence at Austin, Texas; providing for all courses of study by correspondence that supply the needs of Texas people; providing for the appointment of an executive board for same and prescribing their duties, providing for the appointment of members of the faculty, prescribing their duties and providing for the salaries of members of said faculty.
