HB 267, 36th R.S.
Relating to fixing the burden of proof as to heirship in suits by, or on behalf of, or by any person through or under any heir or heirs, in case involving the title to real estate or any interest therein, where deeds of conveyance or other instruments of writing have been executed and recorded according to law, for a period of twenty-one years, by such heir or heirs or any person or persons purporting in such deed of conveyance, or other instrument in writing, to be such heir or heirs.
