Relating to amending certain acts so as to provide for the appointment of a guardian of a person of unsound mind or an habitual drunkard, on a hearing before the court, without the necessity of a jury trial, which will be granted if requested as set out in certain statute, and validating all appointments heretofore made without a jury trial.
