Relating to more amending certain statutes definitely defining connecting carriers, making each of them an agent for the others, for certain purposes and fixing their contract relations to shippers; providing what shall be prima facie evidence of the relations, duties and liabilities of such carriers to the owners or shippers of such freight, baggage or other property transported, notwithstanding, contrary stipulations contrary to the provisions of this Act shall be void.
