Relating to amending a certain Act creating the Jourdanton Independent School District in Atasoca county, State of Texas, by declaring the date on which said section as amended shall be effective, and authorizing the board of trustees of said district to extend the scholastic age upon the voting of a maintenance tax; providing for the issuance of refunding bonds and for the issuance of additional bonds for school purpose.
