HB 615, 36th R.S.
Relating to requiring railroads and receivers and agents thereof operating as common carriers adjacent to or in the vicinity of any industrial or manufacturing plant or concern, upon application in writing by such industrial or manufacturing plant or concern, to build and maintain all needful facilities and appliances necessary to enable such railroad to handle and accommodate all traffic of such industrial plant.
