SB 104, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute defining and designating the persons to whom may be granted pensions as Confederate soldiers and sailors or their widows, so as to provide that women, now widows, who were wives of Confederate soldiers and sailors and after the death of said soldiers and sailors, re-married, may be eligible to the grant of a pension.
