SB 132, 36th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the State Board of Medical Examiners of this State, and making it their duty, to cancel the license of any licensed practitioner of medicine in this State, when the facts are made known to it, that such licensed practitioner of medicine has been convicted in either a State or Federal court of the crime of the grade of a felony, or one which involved moral turpitude, or procuring or aiding or abetting the procuring of a criminal abortion.
