Relating to defining as common carriers within this State persons, firms, associations of persons and corporations operating motor vehicles and other self-propelling public conveyances, and affording means of street transportation similar to that ordinarily afforded by street railways, but not operated upon fixed tracks; requiring permits; fixing a penalty for the violation of said Act.
