SB 180, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to the employment of children under fifteen (15) years of age to labor in certain occupations so as to provide that in counties of one hundred thousand (100,000) population or over, the duties heretofore devolved upon the county judge by the original Act shall hereafter be performed by the chief probation officer in such counties, and re-enacting the said section of said statutes in all other respects.
