Relating to amending certain statute empowering the Director of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station to adopt standards or definitions for concentrated feeding stuffs and such regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of the law, providing that such standards and definitions shall not be of a higher grade or standard than that adopted by the feed control officials of the United States.
