Relating to amending certain statute relating to private corporations by adding a section providing for the creation of private corporations for the purpose of acting as regularly commissioned and licensed agents of fire, fire and marine, marine, tornado, rent, accident, casualty, liability, health, elevator, disability, plate glass, burglary, bonding, title, surety or fidelity insurance companies.
