Relating to amending certain statute providing for the collection of delinquent taxes; providing for a reasonable compensation for report of an abstract company or an individual abstractor as to record owner of property reported delinquent, and as to the holders of any liens against said property and report as to subsequent conveyances; charging such fee as additional costs against the delinquent lands.
