Relating to preserving, propagating, and protecting the wild game, wild birds, wild fowl of this State, providing adequate penalties for the unlawful taking, slaughter, sale, purchase, or shipment thereof, providing for the appointment of Deputy Game Commissioners and fixing their salaries, defining the duties and powers of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner, and his deputies; fixing the venue of prosecution under this Act.
