Relating to regulating the imitation of names, styles and emblems of benevolent, fraternal, social, humane and charitable organizations, and to make it an offense to wear a badge, button or other emblem, or use the name or claim to be a member without authority of any such organization and providing for injunction and fixing penalties thereof.
