HB 37, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that the general law of the State of Texas relating to working public road, appointing overseers, the issuance of bond for the construction of public roads, shall be applicable to San Patricio county, validating all defined road district defined, created, and established under and by virtue of said San Patricio county special road law, as well as the road bonds issued thereunder.
