Relating to extending the term of the Commission of Appeals of the State of Texas to the last Saturday in June, 1923, and providing for the appointment of judges for said extended term, providing for the extension of said term of said commission as a board of arbitration and appeals from the last Saturday in June, 1923, until terminated, and providing the manner of termination.
