Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas to issue an oil and gas lease to Mr. Virgie D. Hardee, her heirs or assigns, for a term of five years, and subject to renewal for ten years if oil or gas should be found in paying quantities; providing for forfeiture and reinstatement.
