SB 85, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing for the return of an inventory and appraisement of the estate of a minor, and where such inventory and appraisement shows such estate to be or the value of $1,000.00 or less, authorizing a guardian to control, manage, or dispose of all or any part of the same without further application or order from the Probate Court.
