SB 368, 38th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute governing fire insurance policies, providing that a fire insurance policy, in case of total loss by fire of the property insured, shall be held to be a liquidated demand, except as to personal property, and providing for penalties for a failure to pay said loss within thirty days after demand.
