Relating to prohibiting the marriage of any person infected with syphilis, gonococcus infection or chancroid; requiring the male applicant for marriage license to submit certificate of any reputable practicing physician in this State showing applicant to be free from disease; fixing maximum fee for examination, and providing a penalty.
