Relating to amending certain statute creating a more efficient road system for Zavalla County, Texas; adopting for said county the general law of the State in relation to the issuance of bonds for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamized, graveled or paved roads and turnpikes, or in aid thereof; validating Road District No. 4 and bond election heretofore held.
