HB 306, 39th R.S.
Relating to providing that freight charges on car loads of coal delivered at any point within the State of Texas where railroad scales are owned, used or maintained at the point of delivery, shall be based upon the actual weight of said coal; prescribing the manner of weighing said coal; providing a penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this act; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
