SB 58, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute fixing the compensation of county and district courts' jurors in both civil and criminal cases, jury commissions of the district and county courts and bailiffs of the grand jury; the amendment being to the effect that each grand jury bailiff appointed as such bailiff by the court in counties of 150,000 population and more according to the 1920 census of the United States shall receive the sum of $5,00 for each day that he may serve as a grand jury bailiff.
