Relating to reorganizing the State of Texas into supreme judicial districts for the purpose of constituting and organizing Courts of Civil Appeals therin; creating the Twelfth Supreme Judicial District of Texas, with Greenville as the site of said Court; providing for the appointment and qualification of the Judges of said Twelfth Supreme Judicial District, and other officers thereof; providing for the transfer of cases and regulating appeals from the lower courts of the counties constituting said district; providing an appropriation for the maintenance of said Court.
