Relating to actions begun during the lifetime of the decedent in which executors, guardians or heirs of the decedent have been substituted as parties Plaintiff and in which such actions either plaintiff or defendant has testified, the testimony so given may be admitted in evidence upon any subsequent trial of the same issues.
