SB 184, 40th R.S.

Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of the State of Texas, revision of 1925, by providing that in all criminal actions where either the husband or wife becomes or is used as witness for the other,such husband or wife may be cross-examined by the State with the same latitude and in the same manner as any other witness.
