Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a horticultural and agricultural experiment station at some point within the limits of certain counties, in the State of Texas, for the purpose of making scientific investigation of fruits, citrus fruits, nuts and vegetables, bees, and methods of combating insect pests and diseases of said products in the said section, and conducting scientific experiments in poultry raising and dairying.
