Relating to defining what shall constitute the record on appeal of any civil case tried in any district or county court in this State; the manner and time of preparing and filing such record, requiring a motion for a new trial as a prerequisite to appeal and providing that such motion shall constitute the assignment of errors on such appeal and repealing certain statutes.
