Relating to regulating the practice of law in Texas, creating the State Bar of Texas, providing its powers and duties for the regulation of the conducts of its affairs; authorizing and empowering said State Bar to make rules subject to the approval of the Supreme Court for the regulation of the practice of law in this State.
