Relating to regulating the placing of names of candidates on the ballot in primary elections of political parties; enacting provisions deigned to secure party loyalty before a person shall have his name printed on the ballot in primary elections of political parties as a candidate; providing remedies and penalties to carry out the purpose of this act.
