HB 433, 41st R.S.

Relating to empowering the Texas Prison Board to formulate a policy for the operation of the present system and for its centralization and re-organization; providing for authority to the Board to make sales of prison system lands in furtherance of a plan of centralization of the system, and with authority to effect exchanges of prison system lands for other lands suitable to the purpose of centralization of the system; and providing the conditions under which such sales shall be made.
