Relating to amending certain laws relating to the payment of a monthly allowance to indigent widowed mothers; prescribing the manner of procuring such allowance and authorizing the county court to appoint a number of women who are willing to render gratuitous service in assisting said widows and prescribing the method of revoking such an allowance.
