HB 752, 41st R.S.
Relating to allowing and empowering the Commissioner's Courts of the Counties of the State to pay to Justices of the Peace in said Counties a fee of two dollars and fifty cents for each and every criminal cause tried by them within a year prior to the passage of this bill, and in which such Justices of the Peace charged no fee therefor.
