SB 227, 42nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that if upon the settlement of the final account of any executor or administrator, the heirs, devisees or legatees of an estate or their assignees do not appear or who are not represented in the court, and there are any lands which the court shall by its order determine cannot be sold by by the executor at a fair or reasonable price, the court may, but its order, direct such property to be escheated directly to the State without a sale thereof.
