Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2001, except Section 366.071(c), Water Code, takes effect September 1, 2002. Sections 26.365 and 26.367, Water Code, take effect only if a bill providing for the licensing of professional geoscientists (SB405, 77th Legislature) becomes law.
